🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Because our services are personalised and time-based, we have a transparent and fair refund policy to protect both you and the time we commit to your coaching.

🕓 Cancellations & Refunds:

• You may cancel your coaching plan within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the initial consultation has not yet taken place.

• After the initial consultation, no refunds will be issued as the service begins immediately with the delivery of your personalised plans and support.

• Monthly coaching is billed in advance. If you wish to cancel for the next month, please notify us at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

💬 Rescheduling:

• You may reschedule your initial consultation or weekly check-ins with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed appointments without notice may not be rescheduled or refunded, as time is reserved specifically for you.
